Job Summary: The Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security team, ensuring the safety and security of the Burlington Mall and its patrons.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train security personnel during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the mall premises.
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Qualifications:
