The Portfolio Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager will work directly with the HR department to ensure Titan provides “Best-In-Class service” to our clients and our staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of Portfolio Managers include, but are not limited to:
• Manage a team of Security Officers, Site/Shift Supervisors, and Security Directors
• Ensure the client sites are provided with high quality security services and build and maintain client relationships
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Support HR department and Account Managers in hiring, onboarding, training, discipline, and union grievance process
• Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field and ensuring company equipment is utilized in appropriately
• Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services
• Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications of Portfolio Managers:
• 5 years’ experience in security management or security services, or related position
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
