Compensation: $25 / Hour
Shift 1 - Monday through Friday 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Full time, 40 hours)
Shift 2- Sunday through Thursday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 7 a.m. (Full time, 40 hours)
Shift 3 - Thursday through Saturday 2md shift 3p.m. to 11p.m. (Part time, 24 hours)
Shift 4 - Sunday through Wednesday 2nd shift 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. (Full time, 32 hours)
Shift 5 - Sunday through Wednesday 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Full time, 32 hours)
Shift 6 - Friday and Saturday 3rd shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. (Part time, 16 hours)

About the job:
The GSOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring global security systems and communications to ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and operations. This role involves real-time analysis and response to potential security threats and incidents, as well as providing support and coordination during emergencies.

• Continuously monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds
• Analyze data from various sources to identify potential security threats.
• Conduct real-time threat assessment and escalate issues as needed.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with security personnel and management.
• Disseminate critical information to relevant parties during incidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
• Ensure all security systems are operational and report any malfunctions.
• Assist in the maintenance and testing of security systems and protocols.
• Support the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in security operations.
• Assist in training new GSOC staff members.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a security operations center or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Proficient in security systems and software.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
