Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Assist RN with patient ADL’s, record blood sugars, daily weights, and temperatures.
- Hourly rounding, assist with ambulation and transfer to out of bed.
- Monitoring EPIC bed board, assigning and transferring patients in EPIC.
