Executive Assistant
Location: Hudson, WI
Duration: 12 months
Description:
Assist Plant Manager and Personnel Director.
Check Mail Box.
Create and Distribute Monthly Meeting Calendar.
Send Outlook Calendar Meeting Invites.
Submit payment for bills as required.
Receive product in SAP.
Update and maintain the Organizational Chart.
Update and maintain the Internal Phone List.
Schedule Conference Room Meetings.
Order and update employee badges.
Submit food orders for plant visits and celebrations.
Provide support and backup coverage for Dealer Liaison/Quality Supervisor/MR Supervisor/IC Clerk.
Help with new hire onboarding activities.
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years experience required.
