Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
- Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with other Seasonal Customer Service Representatives and the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
