Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Scrum Master with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. 2-3 days per week on-site.

Description :
Scrum Master Duties:
o Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Coach and mentor team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
o Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and work to resolve conflicts within the team as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager.
o Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and maintained.

Project Manager Duties:
o Resource will work with engineering teams to establish processes across all program areas that will ensure success on high priority business initiatives and improve efficiency.
o Maintain accurate project documentation, including: RAID log, scope, project plans, budget, etc.
o Drive integration with resource managers, delivery managers and leadership
o Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary.
o Lead meetings, ensuring active participation with clear and precise communication, while detailing thorough post-meeting follow-up on action items.
o Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
o Build impactful presentations and data visualizations that highlight project vital signs and value drivers and use data visualization techniques to present sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner
o Collect and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
o Escalate key issues and risks to ensure timely resolution and mitigation

Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team to successfully complete delivery of technology projects and Agile delivery experience
· Direct management and accountability for program or project budgets up to ***M
· Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail.
· Experience leading multiple and simultaneous projects, with a focus on project finance and health assessment, and timeline consolidation.
· Advanced skills in project management tools and software, such as AirTable, MS Planner, MS Project, MS Excel, Jira, SmartSheet, and MyPPM/Clarity is required
· Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
· Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
· PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
