Job Description:
In this role, the Scrum Master will manage moderately complex initiatives within an Agile or Scrum framework, assisting with deliverables that contribute to large-scale planning and coordination. The Scrum Master will engage with challenges requiring in-depth analysis of multiple variables, working collaboratively to resolve issues and achieve deliverables. Responsibilities include understanding the relevant function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while engaging in regular consultations with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum and Agile Processes: Help ensure that Agile methodologies are properly implemented, facilitating key ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to Planning: Participate in large-scale planning related to project deliverables, including cross-team dependencies and project timelines.
• Analyze and Resolve Issues: Evaluate moderately complex Scrum challenges, contribute to issue resolution, and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Client Collaboration: Work with client teams to understand requirements, communicate progress, and adapt to changes while maintaining alignment with business goals.
• Ensure Compliance: Make sure all procedures and deliverables comply with established policies and standards.
Skills and Qualities:
• Strong Communication: Effective at engaging with stakeholders and guiding teams in a collaborative, adaptable manner.
• Analytical Abilities: Skilled in resolving challenges that require the evaluation of multiple factors.
• Detailed Knowledge of Agile and Scrum: Understand the nuances of Agile principles and Scrum practices to lead teams effectively and ensure process alignment.
This role is suitable for an individual with a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies who can address mid-level project complexities and enhance team performance by ensuring that Agile principles are effectively upheld.
