Job Summary:

Individual will perform machinesetup and run Acme and Davenport screw machines. Job Qualifications:

Relevant work experience;maintenance, mechanic, automotive mechanic, or trade school completion

Perform standard math add,subtract, multiply, and divide

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for operation ofscrew machines; including, loading bar stock, filling fluids, and removingchips from machine.

Responsible for performingsetup on screw machines; including, tooling changes, tool sharpening, and tooladjustments to ensure continued conformance to specifications.

Responsible for conformancewith quality specifications.

Ability to assist otheroperators in performing tool changes, trouble shooting, and maintenanceactivities.

Ability to assist in trainingothers on operation and setup of screw machines.

Preferred Skills:

Mechanically inclinedIndividual needs to be good with tools and machinery and can adapt quickly tofixings things both familiar and unfamiliar.

Perform standard mathIndividual needs to able to perform standard math to effectively make machineadjustments.

Reasoning ability Ability tothink, reflect, and make decision to overcome obstacles.
