About the Job
The Sample Coordinator provides operational support to the Studio Team for all brand photoshoots at SPARC Studios in Lyndhurst, NJ. The Coordinator is responsible for the intake and organization of all ecommerce and photoshoot samples and provides operational support for ecom and editorial photoshoots. This role may also provide additional support to our marketing team in setting up campaign preparation. Time may be occasionally needed at our NY Office.
Responsibilities:•Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from delivery to shoot through final archiving
•Field and manage requests for samples from business partners & cross functional teams
•Manage incoming and outgoing requests with sense of urgency and attention to shoot dates
•Create shotlists for brand photoshoots
•Prepare and manage Wholesale Samples
•Partner with Studio Manager and Creative Team to facilitate sample needs for brand campaigns & other necessary brand projects
•Organize and restore samples so it’s in ready condition at all times
•Assist stylists and creative teams with on figure and laydown photo shoots as needed
•0-2 years of experience required
•Be a team player with a focus on collaboration
•Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Retail store experience preferred
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
•Extremely organized and detail oriented.
•Time Management Skills- Efficient with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
•Sense of urgency to complete projects/ tasks.
•Ability to work independently and problem solve- self-motivated.
•Demonstrate self- confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
•Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
•Must have authorization to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements:

•Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
•Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
•Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
•Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
•Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
