***Remote. Must work in CST, MST, or PST hours.
May be required to travel to Santa Ana, CA for 1 trip, will be reimbursed.
As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you won't just be implementing technology; you'll be helping to define the culture of a sales and marketing organization undergoing transformative change. You will help support the future state architect of Salesforce serving as the backbone of our quest for unity fostering communication, enabling transparency, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across the board.
Test Plan and Execution: Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure features operate within defined requirements within Salesforce Platform
Defect Tracking & Reporting: Identify, track, and report defects found during testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Test Automation: Develop and support automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Code Review: Review and debug code to identify and resolve issues.
Translate business processes and requirements into logical and successful testing scenarios.
Make recommendations for performance improvement on the test automation/framework side.
Provides feedback on the schedule, quality, and stability of any/all releases.
Collaborate closely with developers, solution managers, architects, and product managers to resolve issues.
Estimation of level of effort for project tasks
Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
Skills:
A minimum of 3+ years of QA Developer experience on Salesforce implementations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform along with best practices and methodologies for testing
Strong knowledge in SFDC Toolkit: flows, process builder, validation rules, Omni-Studio and custom metadata with strong hands-on experience in development practices
High proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, VisualForce, APEX and knowledge of APIs
Salesforce Administrator, App Builder & Developer Certifications required.
Experience with the following Salesforce solutions is strongly desired: Financial Services Cloud, CRMA, Marketing Cloud
Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas.
Expert knowledge of QA process: different levels, types and methods of testing: unit, integration, system and acceptance, functional, regression and performance, black, grey and white box
Previous experience working and contributing to an Agile team.
Pay Rate: $62.94/hr
