JOB TITLE: Salesforce CTMA Lead Developer
JOB LOCATION: : Irving TX, Fort Myers FL or Stamford CT Remote role but there may be need to be onsite hence the requirement to be within driving distance (ideally 30 miles)
WAGE RANGE*: 50 -52.00 / hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience
Salesforce Exp an absolute must - should have at least 4 years experience as a Salesforce CRMA, Einstein Analytics developer
4+ years' experience as a Salesforce CRMA, Einstein Analytics developer
Salesforce experience is a must.
Deep experience using SAQL, LWC, creating highly interactive dashboards, designing recipes and dataflows
Strong understanding of Salesforce cloud products and capabilities
Ability to work with large amounts of data and translate them to business insights
Ability to quickly learn Sales processes, KPIs
Effective at multitasking and project management with diverse stakeholders
Ability to understand the business and intelligently communicate with business leaders
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and maintain high quality dashboards in Salesforce CRMA / Einstein Analytics
Understand our internal and external data sources, Sales KPIs, other operational metrics and plan the roadmap for build out of dashboards for sellers and sales leaders in Salesforce
Partner with product owners, Sales users and operations managers to understand business requirements, analytical use cases and solve using highly intuitive dashboards in Salesforce
Be an expert and single point of contact for all reporting and dashboard development needs in Salesforce
Partner with our cross-BU data and analytics teams, IT, CDAO and DS&E teams to define a strategy for the use of appropriate reporting and dashboarding tools and technologies like CRMA, PowerBI etc.
