Position Overview
Salesforce Business Partner will collaborate with our Sales, IT, and Marketing teams, to solve complex problems and develop/implement Sales Force best practices, enhancements, support growth, and minimize downtime in a fast-paced working environment. This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
What you'll do
- Serve as the 3 Day Blinds Sales, Marketing and Service departments Subject Matter Expert, for Salesforce Field Service instance.
- Develop a thorough understanding of business needs by fostering relationships across functional areas.
- Review current business processes and salesforce utilization to ensure maximum impact.
- Liaise between Salesforce technical teams and 3 Day functional leaders to ensure system configuration is aligned with business processes.
- Appointment optimization – ensure business processes and Salesforce configurations are set up to maximize appointments per day and to assign resources to maximize opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline– ensure business processes and Salesforce configurations are set up to maximize follow up on open sales.
- Work with the Director of Sales Operations to develop a scalable CRM operations plan.
- Translate client requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to implement system workflows and processes resulting in increased productivity and performance.
- Leverage reporting capability and analyze Salesforce data to make relevant recommendations to Sr. Leadership.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing of system changes to ensure proper operation.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features and assist in implementing best practices.
- Travel as required.

Who you are
- 6+ years of experience managing an advanced Salesforce instance required.
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce instances
- Field Service, Sales Consultant and/or Service Consultant certification preferred.
- Any applicable Salesforce Certifications Preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce
- Operational or analysis expertise in sales, service, and field service
- Experience in industry with significant appointment scheduling
- Excellent problem solving and project leadership skills
- Experience with complex field scheduling solutions related to Sales People and Installers running appointments in customers homes
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik a plus
- Eligible to work in the applicable region where the job is advertised without the need for current or future sponsorship
