Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking to increase company revenue.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential clients to present our products and services.
3. Update and maintain client databases to ensure accurate and current information for all sales activities.
4. Maintain a personal log of sales activities, including calls made, meetings held, and deals closed.
5. Participate in our mentorship program and sales training to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.
6. Work towards achieving and exceeding productivity and sales goals set by the company.
7. Use persuasive communication skills to influence potential clients and close sales deals.
8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market trends to effectively and efficiently achieve business goals.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
3. Experience in coordinating meetings and maintaining client databases.
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade potential clients.
7. Proficient in using computers and various software for sales activities.
8. Experience in a mentorship program or sales training is a plus.
9. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
