Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Support Specialist position include:

• Prior sales or related industry experience (experience with decorative plumbing, tile, or hardware is a plus).
• Outstanding verbal communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Assist Senior Specifiers with sales orders, proposals, and client support.
• Cultivate relationships with retail clients, architects, designers, and contractors in the showroom and on-site.
• Assess client needs to recommend suitable high-end products.
• Create proposals and manage sales orders using QuickBooks.
• Prospect for new clients and maintain payment facilitation with the support team.
• Participate in product knowledge meetings and vendor relationship-building activities.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
