At this exciting time in our company, ABC stone has an opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Assistant will train and learn from our top sales representatives and gain hands-on experience. To be successful you should have the ability to build long-term relationships and provide outstanding follow-up. Sales Support Assistant are expected to be detail-oriented, tech savvy, multi-tasker, self-starter with excellent communication skills (oral and written). Must be able to work under pressure and switch gears quickly in order to respond to requests from multiple clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives direction from Sales Reps/Showroom Team Leader
- Supports both Inside and Outside Sales Reps
- Ability to Identification, Differentiate & Explain Stone Products
- Assist during viewings scheduled and prepared by a Sales Rep
- Prepare recap of viewings scheduled and prepared by a Sales Rep
- Assist clients with viewing under direction and supervision of a Sales Rep
- Field Sample Requests & Coordinate with Sample Team
- Capture all necessary client information the next steps in Sales Process
- Performing Customer Relationship Management via CRM database
- Providing Data Entry
- Maintain potential and current projects in SalesForce
- Prepare quotes and sales orders under the supervision of the Sales Rep
- Advising Client on product selections
- Providing Client Support & Customer Service via phone, email, in person
- Follow up on Hold with Clients
- Reporting discrepancies or issues to Team Leader
- Display Knowledge of General Sales Procedures
- Coordinating with Inventory Control (for slabs quality checks and reports)
- Maintaining potential and current projects into CRM database
- Creating holds, quotes & sales orders
- Participate in Bi-weekly sales meetings
- Continuous learning of new products
- Greet & Meet
- Pleasantly greet clients upon arrival
- Receive and direct visitors, vendors, clients and others to the appropriate location or personnel
- Notify the appropriate personnel of arrival of visitiors, clients, vendors and others
- Enter visitors information in the CRM system
- Administrative activities including but not limited to booking meetings, scheduling appointments, arranging transportation for clients, receiving & sending mail and packages
- Responding to internal and external inquiries and distributing accurate information
- Ensure space dedicated to clients meeting and the reception area are fully stocked and in order
- Follow all SOPs as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Prior Stone experience a plus
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Sales Support or similar administrative role.
- At least two years related experience required.
