We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers a commission-based package that rewards high performers.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or product line.
2. Meeting with potential clients in their homes to present our products and services.
3. Scheduling appointments with prospective customers based on our direct mail marketing campaigns.
4. Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts by utilizing your knowledge of manufacturing and construction processes.
5. Tracking sales activities and reporting results to the management regularly.
6. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
7. Negotiating and finalizing deals in accordance with company standards.
8. Delivering presentations of our products at trade shows, exhibitions, and on-site client meetings.
9. Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
10. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
2. Proven experience in in-home sales and appointment scheduling.
3. Proficiency in delivering attractive presentations.
4. In-depth knowledge of building materials and their performance characteristics.
5. A proven track record of sales excellence and meeting or exceeding targets.
6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High level of self-motivation, energy, and dedication to achieving results.
10. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
