Job Description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for our parts department. You should be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in inside and outside sales
Track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Please note: This is a remote position, and only candidates located in Texas will be considered.
