Location: US, Remote (with travel to conferences three times per year)
The Role
Are you a confident communicator with a successful background in sales? Do you excel at building professional relationships and driving results?
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help expand participation in our investor conferences. In this role, you’ll engage with C-level executives and Investor Relations Officers (IROs) from publicly traded companies, securing their involvement in our three annual conferences.
This primarily remote role involves contacting publicly traded companies listed on major stock exchanges, with a focus on growing presenter participation at our conferences. You’ll manage the sales process from initial outreach through closing and assist with planning and executing these high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective presenting companies through structured outreach.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, managing the sales process to close deals.
- Schedule appointments, conduct qualifying sales calls, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives to follow up on leads and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide activity and results reports, including daily call updates and weekly plans, to meet sales targets.
- Support the team in improving customer communications and materials.

The Person
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in sales with confidence in cold calling.
- Is highly organized and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Is motivated, target-driven, and skilled at building productive business relationships.
- Has familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Has prior experience in capital markets or a similar field (preferred but not required).
