We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand market share in the waste industry. Your role is to professionally represent the brand, promote the company as the ideal supplier and solutions partner to Waste industry fleets and to aggressively drive top and bottom-line growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Strategy:
·Own sales growth and profitability in the assigned territory or with key accounts.
·Develop and implement strategic plans to boost market share and revenue.
·Prospect for new customers through networking, trade shows, and industry engagements.
·Maintain regular, high-quality communication with current customers to ensure mutual success.
Customer Relationship Management:
·Build rapport with prospects and customers by identifying pain points and offer solutions.
·Conduct market analysis to identify unmet needs and suggest product improvements.
·Provide education and training for customers on product installation and maintenance.
·Gather market intelligence, including competitor insights, industry trends, and customer feedback.
Reporting & Communication:
·Regularly report on sales activities, including weekly itineraries, sales call summaries, and CRM entries.
·Update on market climate and competitive landscape.
·Share insights and identify opportunities for new products or services.
Customer Service & Support:
·Coordinate with the Service Center Manager to ensure timely and effective service and support for customers.
·Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns promptly.
·Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper processing and root cause analysis.
Networking & Industry Involvement:
·Participate in industry associations, fleet maintenance committees, and regional trucking associations.
·Maintain company’s position as a trusted partner within the waste industry.
Operational Responsibilities:
·Travel as required to meet goals, maintaining the company vehicle and equipment.
·Maintain a database of customer information and ensure accuracy in sales reports.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
·1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
·Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
·Digital literacy and ability to work with CRM systems.
·Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
