Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions and client needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
This is a base salary, this isn't including the 7% commission
