About the Role
We assist individuals, families, and business owners with their life insurance needs (final expense & mortgage protection) as well as supplemental health, Medicare, and wealth management needs. Our proven process enables you to work virtually from home, setting up appointments by calling and texting clients who have requested assistance. There is no cold calling - just appointments with those seeking help.
What We Offer
Flexible Opportunities: Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible work schedules. Full-time work involves a 5-day workweek.
Earning Potential: Start by earning $500 (or more) per family you help obtain their requested insurance coverage. This is a commission-only, 1099 job.
Licensing Support: Already have a Life & Health Insurance Producer license? Great! If not, we can help you obtain one quickly with a substantial discount on required pre-licensing training.
Career Growth: Licensed Property & Casualty agents can transition to or add Life & Health lines. There are also opportunities to obtain your Series 65 license and become a full Financial Advisor.

Qualifications
Life and/or Health Insurance Producer License, or ability to obtain one quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
Entrepreneurial attitude and a team player.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
Strong listening skills and teachable nature.
U.S. resident with reliable transportation.
High school diploma required.
Training and Support
We offer extensive training, support, and mentorship. Our ARC agency management system helps you manage your business, including scheduling, client information, follow-up needs, carrier information, and compensation. We process all client applications electronically with voice or e-signatures.
