JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter specializing in sourcing and hiring sales professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across various industries. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 6 months contract role on C2C (can be extended)
- This is a hybrid position (3 days a week) in our office in Sandy Springs
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring clear and effective recruitment plans tailored to the needs of each sales position.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed recommendations to hiring teams to ensure the best fit for the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Track and maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics, providing regular reports on progress and success rates.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, specializing in recruiting senior sales professionals across various industries.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and navigating job boards.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales-specific recruitment and understanding of the sales hiring landscape across different industries.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in a mix of agency and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for IT and technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the recruiting Team Lead to understand IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for a range of IT positions (software engineers, system admins, cloud architects, etc.) and senior non-technical roles (delivery, PMs, BAs, POs...)
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct search, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience, including a combination of agency and corporate roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of US visa types
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and conduct Boolean searches.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Results-driven with a focus on quality hires and meeting hiring goals.
