Responsibilities:The Household Goods Sales Professional will provide the highest quality, professional customer service and operations support to new and existing clients.
Essential Duties:
- Direct email and phone communication interaction on a daily basis with both internal and external parties in support of assigned accounts.
- Develop Implementation plan and Customer Operating Procedures for new customer business according to the agreed contract and business requirements.
- Develop professional, accurate and timely sales performance reports, customer performance reports, customer presentations, and other reports and presentations as required.
- Provide administrative and general business support to assigned supervisor and to the Household Goods Management Team as required and assigned.
- Teamwork - Must work professionally and effectively with key sales and operations staff in order to achieve target revenue goals.
- Communication/Feedback - Accept feedback willingly; develop and maintain positive working relationships with management, peers and co-workers.
- Process Improvement - Identify new administrative, sales or operations processes that increase overall team efficiency and enhance professionalism and make recommendations for implementation to management.
Develop, improve and maintain professional and technical knowledge by staying current with important industry issues and networking with co-workers, customers and industry contacts
Hourly Range $22- $26
Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science/Arts, or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual English/ Japanese is required to effectively communicate with customers
- 1-2 years’ experience in account management and Sales experience in commercial/ residential moving industry.
- Strong communication skills, ability to help support management in conducting Sr. Level corporate meetings and executive presentations.
- Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Inside or outside sales or customer service experience, or operations experience in the industry preferred.

Will work with all levels in the organization.
