Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and experience in the construction or flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities within the Polished Concrete and Resinous Flooring market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and end-users.
- Provide expert consultation to clients, offering tailored flooring solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and present project proposals, bids, and estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the construction, flooring, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Polished Concrete and Resinous Flooring solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
