Our Company is a leading player in the subprime auto finance industry, dedicated to providing dealerships with financial solutions for consumers with credit challenges. We focus on empowering our Sales team with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles and drive growth. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Operations Enablement Specialist to join our team.
The Sales Operations Enablement Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by developing and implementing internal-facing sales enablement tools and resources. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure the Sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge, materials, and processes to execute strategies (“plays”) effectively. Your primary goal will be to empower the Sales team to exceed their targets and provide outstanding service to our customers.
Outcomes and Activities:
• Sales Enablement Tool Development: Design, create, and maintain internal-facing sales enablement tools, including playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources. These tools will be tailored to address the unique needs of the subprime auto finance industry and help Sales representatives excel in their roles.
• Play Execution Support: Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand the specific plays required to achieve business objectives. Provide the Sales team with the resources and guidance necessary to successfully execute these plays in the field.
• Continuous Play Improvement: Gather feedback from Sales representatives in the field and work with cross-functional teams to analyze the effectiveness of existing plays. Refine and enhance play materials based on real-world feedback to continuously improve sales performance and results.
• Sales Education & Awareness: Ensure Sales team members are appropriately educated on the change or upcoming initiative and understand how to effectively use the sales enablement tools and play materials.
• Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and play materials. Provide regular reports and insights to Sales and Operations leadership to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Content Management: Maintain a centralized repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring easy access for Sales team members and facilitating seamless updates and version control.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our Sales team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to subprime auto finance.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, play development, and sales strategy execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing metrics and performance data to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in using sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Target Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 base salary + an annual bonus plan
