Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant - Mirabella at ASU

Overview:

About the role:

• Uphold PRS Core Values in all aspects of the role, while managing the CRM database for efficient marketing operations.
• Assist with sales events, resident move-in/move-out processes, and collaborate with various departments to streamline communication.
• Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides, while maintaining accurate sales and marketing inventory.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, produce routine reports, and manage lead follow-up through CRM software.
• Support the sales process by prequalifying prospects, organizing files, scheduling follow-up communication, and shadowing key roles.

About you:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or a related field.
• Bachelors degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, customer relationship
  management software and social media platforms

Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 / hr DOE
