As a Sales Manager you will:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the West Coast region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, resellers, and key accounts in the HoReCa( hotel, restaurant, café), specialty coffee, and foodservice sectors
- Conduct regular sales visits to strengthen relationships and provide product training and support to partners and customers
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close contracts, pricing agreements, and partnerships
- Monitor client performance and provide tailored solutions to drive their success
- Collaborate with the HQ marketing team to promote and enhance their presence at regional events, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and emerging trends, to inform sales strategies and product positioning
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the coffee industry or related sectors (food service equipment, hospitality, HoReCa)
- Strong knowledge of the specialty and coffee machines industry and familiarity with professional espresso machines
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Highly organized and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the West Coast region and occasionally internationally
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for coffee and quality equipment
- Strong team player capable of working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
