Job Summary:
The Residential Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales operations, focusing on residential HVAC services and solutions. This role includes managing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC sales representatives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the HVAC industry.
- Proposal Development: Oversee the preparation of accurate and competitive proposals and estimates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the residential HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
