We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in our company's growth and success by leading our sales team and driving our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the automation, distribution, or manufacturing sectors, and a deep understanding of the Accounting and Finance industry. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment(s).
2. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
8. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
9. Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies and solutions.
10. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role
3. Proven experience in sales within the automation, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
4. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans and effectively leading a sales team.
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Availability to travel as needed.
9. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Understanding of sales performance metrics.
11. Experience in identifying and understanding the needs of the customer and delivering solutions that lead to customer satisfaction.
