Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our products in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience in the stationery industry or a related field, with a passion for building relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Development

  Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and expand our market presence in the US.

  
  

• Sales Planning and Execution

  Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals and performance targets.

  
  

• Market Analysis

  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our sales and marketing approaches.

  
  

• Customer Engagement

  Respond promptly to customer feedback, resolve issues effectively, and provide high-quality after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the stationery industry or a related market.
• Excellent communicationnegotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office software and sales tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, target-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience with channel management and a network of industry contacts is a plus.
• Chinese-American candidates with over 10 years of residence in the US will be given preference.
