JOB REQUIREMENTS: What We're Looking For: Are you a driven sales
professional with a passion for forging and building strong customer
relationships? Cleveland Hardware and Forging Co., a family-owned
company that has been around over 100 years, is seeking a Sales Manager
to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth. This role involves
developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business
opportunities, and managing key accounts to meet or exceed revenue
targets. You'll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and
collaborate with our talented engineering and production teams to
deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to our customers. If you
have experience in the forging industry, a knack for identifying new

understanding of forging processes, strong negotiation skills, and the
ability to effectively communicate technical capabilities to customers.
The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, provide accurate
sales forecasts, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the

selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts,
obtains orders, and establishes new accounts. Adjusts content of sales
presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Works with the Engineering group to obtain competitive quotes. Analyzes
market trends and develops strategic sales plans. Keeps management
informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses. Monitors
competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising
techniques. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area
and customer sales. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
by evaluating results and competitive developments. Maintains
professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and
participating in professional societies. Identifies and meets the Sales
