With the expansion of our new sales office in Skokie, IL, we are searching for motivated Sales Executives to help us continue our growth.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking ambitious and driven sales professionals with at least 3 years of successful sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales instinct and a passion for building relationships and closing deals. Bilingual language skill is welcomed but not a mandatory qualification for the position.
Your Role as a Sales Executive: As a Sales Executive at Map Communications, you will work on-site in our Skokie, IL office, collaborating with an experienced and supportive sales team. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing leads and opportunities efficiently.
• Conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Overcoming objections and providing tailored recommendations.
• Accurately recording notes and progress in our CRM.
• Actively prospecting to identify new opportunities.
• Following up with potential clients through all forms of communication.

Compensation:

We offer an excellent compensation package that includes:

• A competitive base salary.
• Uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus package.
• Total earning potential initial year: $60,000-$80,000 annually (dependent on performance and experience).
