Job Summary: The Global Account Executive for Global Hitss Inc. creates new business partnerships with mid-market and enterprise clients in the US Market. They will do this by executing a sales strategy, identifying new opportunities, positioning the entire range of Global Hitss solutions and services, and closing opportunities. This is a hunting role. We are looking for someone with experience selling software development to companies in the US and/or staffing manage services.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Research prospects
- Successfully establish relationships with senior & “C” level IT leaders within the organization
- Build pipeline and new opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Proactively follow up with prospects
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate clients’ requirements.
- Coordinate Hitss’ resources involvement, including Product, Presales, and Marketing, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
- Meets assigned targets and quotas for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Negotiate pricing & close opportunities.
- A demonstrable history of consultative style of selling and engagement of the customer is required, to be successful in this role.
- Achieves strategic customer objectives, defined by company management.
Qualifications:
- 3 + years' experience penetrating new marketplaces is required.
- BA degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Consultative sales approach with a willingness to succeed and have a strong desire to build strong relationships and promote the business.
- Knowledge in positioning and selling effectively in at least one of the following solutions is required: Cloud Services, Staff Augmentation, Software Factory, Help Desk Services.
- Selling experience in at least one of the following: IT Services, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, and/or Telecommunications is required.
- Experience in the full sales cycle process: Prospecting, setting meetings, follow up, closing, etc.

Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing and proofreading. Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively. Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 / year base plus OTE based on several factors including but not limited to education and work experience.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
