Reports to: VP of Sales
Company: Napco Locking Division; Marks USA / Alarm Lock, a division of NAPCO Security Technologies which is headquartered in Amityville, New York is a wholly owned subsidiary and producer of an advanced line of mechanical Locking and building Access Control systems and peripherals. We are seeking a technical field sales representative to add to our NAPCO Locking Systems team. The successful candidate will represent our company and our products in a proficient, knowledgeable, and dependable manner. They will provide support; trouble shoot problems and present solutions for hardware and access control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Product Support for customers by phone, email and on-site.
- Product support for regional sales and troubleshooting field evaluation of product’.
- Facility and customer sales calls.
- Provide on time feedback to sales management through tools such as weekly call reports and CRM input.
- Attend selected trade shows and meetings to promote NAPCO’s name in the market.
- Keeping current with all Marks USA and Alarm Lock features and Integration Components.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of mechanical locking (mortise, cylindrical) and wireless locking systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Very strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Very strong problem-solving skills and desire to help customers.
- Ability to travel 75%.
