We are currently in search of a dedicated Sales Director for our Wells and Sanford offices in Maine. This role will focus on organic growth and retention by meeting or exceeding targeted goals. The ideal person for this role will be a steward of office culture and maintain consistency with company culture and core values.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Responsible for office success & viability through achievement of Shared Goals for assigned office, including but not limited to:
- Organic GCI growth
- Listings taken, agent count, closed units
- Profitability
- Income from closed listings, commission percentage, retained percentage
- Agent Support
- Coaching, business planning, training, oversight, attraction and retention
- Organic GCI growth
- Collaboration, sharing and promotion of best practices with Business Support Specialists, Sales Leadership Team & Home Office Staff
- Overseer of a safe, healthy, clean, and well-organized workspace environment
- Thorough understanding of the real estate industry, laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions as well as company policies
- Promote Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate /The Masiello Group and its partners Value Proposition
- ME Broker license required
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching/leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft suite such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office, strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
