About the Job
Major Areas of Responsibility
Complete knowledge of internal ERP software sales functions, including reporting functions.
Work closely with COO as well as outside and inside sales teams to establish, communicate, and assist in all sales strategies and programs.
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales initiatives.
Manage and develop all sales personnel in the Denver location and support remote GMs.
Be a role model for the company culture and values.
Primary Objectives:
- Develop, implement, and manage the complete sales process, including quotes, reservations, and follow-up management.
Maintain key customer relationships.
Develop sales team accountability and metrics.- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Assist in developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Complete knowledge of all inventory and continuous training for all sales staff.
Lead all training support for the sales team company-wide.
Manage all training functions and initiatives across the company and departments.
Assist with allocating leads to appropriate sales team members.
Ensure overbooking accountability; avoid overbookings when possible.
Oversee follow-ups, deposits/payments, and individual workloads.
Enforce special order purchasing deadlines.
Confirm that all orders are finalized with payments as well as appropriate information and completed for the operations team 7 days prior to the out date.
Manage missing rentals from events.
Lead weekly sales meetings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Occasional travel to job sites or company locations will be required with overnight stays possible.
The Sales Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is a member of the company's Leadership team. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales team members as well as company-wide sales training development and implementation. The Sales Director will drive continuous improvement processes in the sales department as well as develop and maintain new processes and ensure all revenue and budget goals are being met.
