**Position Overview:**
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for prospecting new healthcare practices and developing relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients. You'll work closely with Account Executives to understand prospective clients' marketing goals, match them with the most suitable service level, and ensure they achieve their marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct 75+ daily outbound calls to healthcare practices across the U.S.
- Identify decision-makers and discuss our marketing services to determine interest and fit
- Schedule appointments with interested decision-makers and coordinate with Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend scheduled appointments
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing
- Understand the fundamentals of our products and services
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales metrics
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an entry-level sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and grit in prior roles
- Excellent sales skills
- Degree in Business Administration or Communications preferred
- Remote position available for candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone U.S. states (Hybrid option for San Diego county residents)
- High-speed internet connection required
