Sales and Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Determining the most knowledgeable and effective ways to answer customer’s questions and complete the sales process through face-to-face communication
- Providing information on the products or services our client has to offer to a wide range of consumers within the market
- Work directly with potential customers upselling them using our sales training tactics
- Actively listen to the customer's needs and present possible solutions
- Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the sales and customer service team
- Represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Sales and Customer Service Representative Qualities:
- A background in customer service, business, retail, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred
- An interest in the telecommunications industry and a desire to stay updated on client processes
- Equipped with professional and friendly communication skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills to efficiently drive client development goals
- Reliability in time management and organization
