About the Job
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Head - Client Solutions.
· Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
· Coordinate with internal departments.
· Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, and resolve issues promptly.
· Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals for the team.
· Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
· Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
