Develop and implement an annual sales plan, tailored to specific industries and geographies.
Identify and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through outbound activities.
Showcase your technical expertise by understanding our products and services to develop compelling proposals.
Discover new market opportunities and drive product specifications with consulting engineers.
Collaborate closely with our internal solutions team to maintain strong customer relationships.
Utilize sales tools effectively, including CRM and proposal tools, to streamline processes.
Generate enthusiasm and engagement by participating in professional organizations and expanding our industry presence.
Embrace travel opportunities as needed to support sales goals.
Qualifications:
Bring your experience! Ideally, you'll have at least 3 years of experience in complex B2B sales cycles.
Excellent communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of building and expanding a client base through outbound prospecting.
Familiarity with blue and grey collar industries is a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple sales opportunities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Proficiency in technology and common software applications, including MS Office.
