ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Insight Global Compensation Team is responsible for setting, supporting, and administering processes and policies related to compensation and incentive management. The department is comprised of a team that processes weekly commission payouts, quarterly bonus payouts, yearly LTI statement distribution, tracks sales and recruiting contest standings, completes salary changes and benchmarking studies, and provides support to the sales and recruiting organizations regarding spread & commission questions among other responsibilities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist in the analysis, documentation and administration of compensation and incentive programs for our Talent Acquisition team
• Provide weekly compensation standings scorecards for our Direct Placement sales management and manages their quarterly/annual compensation
• Provide weekly compensation standings scorecards for our evergreen sales management and manages their quarterly/annual compensation
• Compile monthly accounting accrual estimates for monthly Direct Placement commission payments
• Compile monthly accounting accrual estimates for quarterly and end of year bonuses
• Ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation payments on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Develop techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation data
• Administer weekly compensation updates to account for title or organizational changes that may impact compensation
• Support and oversee new compensation structures introduced by the organization, including those for international staffing.
• Support and assist field employees with questions, reports, and training
• Projects as directed by management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred + 2 years professional experience.
• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with data analytics is a plus. (Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, PowerBI)
