About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Business Process Manager to support our Sales Development Organization. This person will possess strong sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable processes. The successful candidate will have the ability to navigate and build relationships in a highly matrixed organization, with a proven track record of developing, optimizing, and communicating key business processes that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.
***This is a hybrid role and will sit in our Durham, NC office***
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Create, document, and communicate policy and process documentation to support Sales Development team and organizational performance
Deliver training as needed to stakeholder groups on systems and processes
Monitor and track governance of critical business systems, processes, and workflows to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects
Collaborate with peers and cross functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations
2+ years of prior sales experience
Proactive Problem Solving: ability to look around corners and make meaningful recommendations to support the business
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills: Ability to articulate your ideas in trainings, documents presentations and reports across the organization
Time Management: Able to manage multiple priorities and be able to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
Proven ability to evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency
Strong project management skills and a proven record of change management
