About the Job
Established outdoor furnishings company is looking to hire a self-motivated salesperson for outside sales and business development.
The ideal candidate is focused, dependable and creative, with an exceptional attention to detail
, and is eager to prove themselves as a top tier salesperson. The primary responsibility for this opportunity is to generate new business with hospitality, commercial and trade accounts, with an initial focus on metro Atlanta and then expanding nationwide. The ideal candidate is a self motivated, results driven sales professional that is confident in their ability to professionally communicate extensive product knowledge in both verbal and written form. A proven track record of success, accompanied by professional recommendations, is required for this position.Compensation for this position is a base salary plus commission. We offer health insurance, a 401k with company match and PTO.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and/or background:
• 3+ years’ experience in sales with a strong record of sales growth, ideally in outside sales within luxury outdoor furnishings, design or hospitality.
• Excellent Computer Skills - Efficient Typing, Word, Excel; QuickBooks proficiency!
• Passionate about design

• Establish and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, designers, purchasers, and specifiers in the target trade and hospitality industry
• Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth
• Acquire expert-level knowledge of outdoor materials and brands to best assist clients with product selections
• Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to the Authenteak advantage
• Identify high-value projects in the planning stages
• Manage customer relationship by resolving client concerns
• Ability to create and deliver presentations appropriate to client’s project
• Provide timely and accurate technical information for product specifications

• Respond to phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
