They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Broker to join their team. The position is ideal for individuals with a passion for financial markets and experience in trading or brokerage roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Your primary role involves building a strong client portfolio and introducing clearing and execution services.
- You are required to execute trades in futures markets, covering commodities, currencies, and financial derivatives.
- You'll be responsible for providing market analysis, research, and insights to assist clients in making informed trading decisions.
- Administering strong client relationships by understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Your role also involves staying updated on market trends, news, and developments to identify potential opportunities and risks for clients.
- Educating clients about trading products, risk management strategies, and market techniques.
- Monitoring client portfolios and providing timely updates and recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as compliance, operations, and technology to enhance client experience and streamline processes.
- Continuously striving to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Expectations & Requirements:
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Series 3, CFA, CMT) is a plus.
- Quite an acquaintance with financial markets, including futures products, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Must be skilled in client acquisition through cold calls and networking.
- Ensure that you deliver high-quality analytical insights and interpret complex market data effectively.
- Ensuring quality client service by building trust and rapport through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are also expected to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate proficiency in trading platforms, market analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
