Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Brand Ambassador/Event Coordinator to represent BluShark Digital at conferences, trade shows, and events. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to travel and showcase our cutting-edge SEO and digital marketing solutions to small to medium-sized businesses. You’ll act as the face of BluShark Digital, engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving leads to fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee conference and trade show event logistics
- Represent BluShark Digital at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, traveling as needed (MUST be willing to travel up to 50% for sales events)
- Speak knowledgeably about our SEO and digital marketing services, tailoring conversations to the needs of prospective clients
- Actively network with attendees, exhibitors, and vendors to build connections and enhance brand visibility
- Generate and track leads, ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event-specific strategies and materials, ensuring alignment with brand goals
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with diverse audiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an approachable way
- Passion for digital marketing, SEO, and helping businesses succeed
- Experience in event planning, coordinating logistics and project management
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for events
- Experience in sales, marketing, or event representation is a plus
Our Process:
Candidates will have the chance to complete a video cover letter which the recruiting team will review. In this video cover letter candidates will have the chance to discuss their work history, skillset and event experience. After review of the video cover letter top candidates will be invited to meet with the Recruiting team to further discuss the position. Selected candidates will then have the opportunity to meet with the Sales Team and learn more about conferences, events and tradeshows we attend, as well as expectations in the role, growth opportunities and more.
