About the Job
The Sales Branch Manager at our Tampa, FL location will spearhead Master Electronics’ sales strategy and will focus on leading and developing the sales team to maximize sales volume as well as profitability for the company. With a focus on the East region, the Sales Branch Manager will perform and supervise all areas of operation in our Tampa office.
Pay Range: We offer a very competitive pay package with a base pay starting at $60,000 plus an individual bonus and commission strucure
What you will do?:- Meets and/or exceeds assigned sales revenue and gross profit targets via effective management of Inside Sales Representatives
- Demonstrates effective people leadership for the branch sales team by assisting them in the development and management of their business relationships to provide alternative product/service solutions to exceed customer expectations, follow up on orders, and solve client-related problems
- Strengthens relationships with suppliers as a means of introducing new and innovative options that enable the sales branch office to exceed customers’ needs
- Assess the competitive landscape in the East territory and provide reports on market insights and movements
- Full-cycle management of P+L levers
- Identifies training needs and coordinates training, ensuring each employee has the skills, training, equipment, and tools necessary to provide a world-class level of service
- Manages and documents employee issues regarding attendance, performance, and conduct, and delivers appropriate corrective action as needed
- Being a leader in creating a positive workplace culture, where every team member feels valued and respected
What you bring to the table!:
- A track record (three years) of successfully leading a business with a variety of client needs and expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, problem management, and conceptual skills, including the ability to make valid conclusions from assessing operational and financial data
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload between sales initiatives and team management
- Ability to prioritize client satisfaction and efficiency
- Ability to successfully leverage desktop technology
- Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills when communicating with clients in stakeholders
