Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through various sales techniques.Policy Management: Manage policies, updates, and client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners to expand business opportunities.Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid Ohio Property & Casualty License is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients effectively.
Sales Aptitude: A strong sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
