As a Sales Associate at Cumberland Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and research
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our services
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities
- Negotiate and close deals with clients while maintaining profitability for the company
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns to support business development efforts
- Keep track of industry trends and market changes to identify potential areas for growth
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Cumberland Consulting's services and solutions
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, business development progress, and market trends
- Represent Cumberland Consulting at industry events and conferences to expand our network and promote our services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and challenges
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
