About the Job
Texan Windows is seeking a seasoned sales person experienced in replacement windows sales to pursue and close new business with home owners. As an ideal candidate, you'll have an agile business mind, with the drive to pursue new leads, address customer concerns, motivate action, and close sales.
Objectives of this Role
- Seek out and close new business with homeowners and contractors for replacement window sales.
- Develop customer relationships, and be the primary customer contact for quotes, measures, documentation, updates, and supporting materials.
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports in format supplied by Texan Windows relating to sales outreach, new prospects, hot items, and other data points.
- Collect payments to place orders, and any follow-up payments.
- Facilitate service calls and deliveries when needed.
- Participate in outreach events such as builder shows, industry associations and community marketing programs.
- Consider and develop other business opportunities consistent with the overall objectives of Texan Windows.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years proven sales experience working with home owners in a construction-related business.
- Track record of increasing sales quarter over quarter.
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
